A short post in honor of the National Day of Sweden today, my country of birth. I’d like to share one of my favorite versions of the Swedish National Anthem.
It’s all about experiences, and the healing power of nature. Life is about choosing happiness. I entered the magic world of photography when I was five years old. My gypsy soul have taken me to many different countries, and definitely taught me to be more humble. I believe that you are what you eat, body and soul. I enjoy growing my own food, and spending time outdoors.
A Sagittarius loves to travel, have an open mind and, and a philosophical view. It motivates them to wander around the world in search of the meaning of life. Sagittarius is extrovert, optimistic and enthusiastic, and likes changes. A lot of that perfectly describes me. The fact that my ancestors, on both parents sides, were vikings, doesn’t exactly lessen my desire to explore. Maybe a slightly more mindful exploring, compared to the average viking. My blog, and my art prints is a results of my (inner and outer) explorations.
Love,
Maria

I was just reading about this special day on another blog this morning, Happy National Day to you MJ! Do you ever want to return home to stay?
The singer’s name is Jonna Jinton. She is actually a photographer, and an artist. I really like her. This is her website https://jonnajinton.se. There’s an option to translate to English.
Sweden is amazing! I went for the first time in January of 2018. We spent a few days in Stockholm and Kiruna for the northern lights. I had an amazing time although I’m pretty sure that’s the coldest I’ve ever been in my life lol

This just cements the idea that I have about Swedes and their attitude towards the natural world. Beautiful.

Kiruna can be really cold in January. So happy you had a great experience. Did you stay at the ice hotel?
